Once a building's fire risk assessment is complete, you will be provided with an easy to understand, individually tailored report. This will form the basis of that workplace's on-going fire safety procedures and demonstrate compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

This Order introduced significant change to fire safety legislation and came into effect on the 1st October 2006. As well as simplifying existing legislation, it introduced the need for employers, building owners and occupiers to have a greater understanding of fire safety and nominate a "responsible person" to ensure compliance.
